Hey guys - just ONE big thing to share this morning:
The Wall Street Journal heard about CyberNetic Labs (“Netic”) and decided to publish a story on the transformative work that their team is doing.
Netic’s website is live and you should check it out.
They provide omnichannel intake (voice, text, chatbots) in addition to capacity management tools, dispatch tools, and marketing outreach tools.
It is the first true “Agentic AI” application available to companies like ours.
